Your Views Wanted in the Ideas Zone

Have you visited the Ideas Zone at Worthing Library yet? Library staff are keen to hear from local voluntary organisations with ideas on how the library could be developed as a community hub. They already have plenty of ideas, for example exploring the possibility of bringing together libraries with children's services and registration services into the library building in Richmond Road. Other ideas might be better support for young people, an outside area, better links to the museum next door, areas for start-up businesses to access and even a community kitchen. A specially created Ideas Zone has been set up at the library and will be open until September 24th. The views of voluntary organisations will be especially welcomed. Why not pop along to the library and chat to staff in the Ideas Zone, telephoned 01243 777100 or share your ideas on line at www.westsussex.gov.uk/worthingcommunity.
